Order Process:
Orders are shipped out from the UK
Please ensure you have input the correct address and review this before checking out as this is the address we will use to ship your order. We do not offer refunds for incorrectly submitted addresses. If you think you have input the wrong address please contact us via email asap at orders @ blaquepapier.com
Selecting your Shipping:
Orders sent using UK 1st class Royal mail or International standard are not tracked ( You will not receive a tracking number)
For peace of mind for International orders please select the tracked option to follow your order as it travels through the system.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of your order.
Please note not all international countries offer full tracked and signed in that event you will get either the tracked or signed option your country offers.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Processing Time:
Once your order is received, your order will be processed within 3-7 working days, please allow up to 10 working days during busy sale periods.
Delivery Time:
UK Royal Mail 1st class: 1 to 2 Working days
International:5 to 7 working days. This does not take into account postal delays or customs delays. Please allow extra grace time for your order to arrive. Some countries are still experiencing delays due to the pandemic also. So please allow a good few weeks for your items to arrive. At checkout please select your preferred shipping and add this to the 3-7 days to get your complete estimated wait time.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
In the event of an item arriving in poor condition or faulty please do not hesitate to contact us explaining the issue with a picture. All items are carefully inspected for quality before mailing but mistakes can happen and we want to ensure you are happy. RETUNS/REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns as orders are custom-made to print order. We can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the order is been submitted. We process orders very quickly, please contact us asap as your order may be processed already.
